Périgord truffle
An immersive experience invites you to unlock the secrets of the Périgord Black Truffle in the company of Adrian, a passionate local guide. The day will begin with a guided tour of Sarlat, with its medieval streets and captivating stories. You will then have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the truffle market, where intoxicating scents and warm encounters will await you. After being tantalized by the captivating scent of truffles, you will test the complexity of its flavors during a gourmet lunch. Adrian will then take you to the Holy of Holies: an authentic truffle farm. You will attend a digging demonstration, where Pounti, our talented truffle dog, will highlight the art of searching for truffles. With a little luck, the harvest will be fruitful.
